The concept is fantastic! What a great idea, but the execution of it is as terrifying as their Halloween videos are.

* Picture quality of the projector is very low and their better / higher quality replacement is virtually impossible to buy because it sold out. Didn't that company hear about a small economic theory called supply and demand? Contract out to a better production company to get the company's supply needs properly filled. Whoever decided on the manufacturing company should be fired, AtmosFX is losing out on tons of possible sales because they are incapable of meeting demand.

* Customer support is horrible, essentially non existent. No tech support number and it takes them forever and a day to get back to your e-mail.

* Technical support information on the website is very poor at best.

* I have had to replace my projector three times in less than 30 days. That is an unacceptable level of durability.

* The mount on the bottom for the tripod is garbage and the tripod is garbage. I had to crazy glue the bolt in to the body of the projector and I had to buy a new tripod for it (amazon.com/gp/product/B0…) which is a fantastic tripod that I will be able to use for other things, but it's absurd that I have to buy a tripod for this thing.
