I gave them a drawing for Stainless part I needed made, they said 1 week. After 3 weeks, and 3 phone calls, they never called me back, and never did make my part. A month later they sent me an invoice! NOT RECOMMENDED - STAY AWAY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNAPOLOGETIC
