I was in need of a quick cut and my regular stylist was not available for a few days. I happen to live upstairs from "beauty is pain" so thought I would give it a try. I went down stairs and she was happy to make room for me on short notice. She is a very sweet gal and owns her own shop. It was some of the best customer service I have ever received in the beauty industry and she did a great job with my curly hair. Very professional but easy going shop. I suggest if you live in or around the belltown neighborhood to give it a try.
