Housing Resources Group provides rental housing to low-wage workers, including people who are transitioning from homelessness in neighborhoods close to employment, services and public transportation. It is a nonprofit organization and is governed by a volunteer board of directors, with an experience in real estate development, management and finance. It manages more than 1,500 units of affordable housing in nearly 25 locations, including Downtown, Belltown, Denny Triangle, Capitol Hill, First Hill, South Lake Union and Rainier Valley in Washington. It spends majority of the money from contributions on the production and management of affordable housing. It assembles complicated financial packages to produce housing and keeps rents affordable. Housing Resources Group is located in Seattle.
