You guys are such great people, I was referred by a friend who said you helped him out so much. You guys repaired his car and really took care of him, and me! I hear a lot of great things about y'all and how you even let him sleep in his car even when he couldn't pay the bill yet. Thank you very much and I will pass on the word about y'all. Very nice guys!

I have trusted Bernie’s Automotive Service to repair my vehicles since 1979. The personnel have always been friendly and they listen to my concerns and car’s problems. They provide me with a ride to and from my home. I travel a lot and feel reassured that my vehicle is ready to travel when I am.

What can I say they have great mechanics and do a great job in all my cars that I have brought in. very knowledgeable on their specialty!

I never expect anything less than exceptional service. They know me by name and they make sure I understand what needs to be done and why. I drive all the way down from Snohomish to have all of my repairs and service done because I know I can trust them.

I have been a customer of Bernie's for 8 years and they always impress me. The front desk guys are so polite and professional...the thing I like about this shop is that I never feel like they are trying to make me repair things that aren't broken....if something does need to be replaced or repaired, they explain why and even offer to show me the damaged part. I have since moved to Snohomish and STILL take my car to Ballard for oil changes and repairs. BERNIE'S ROCKS!!
