I have been to Big O Tires a few times to have leaks in my tires patched. After being told by another shop (All Tune and Lube in Des Moines, WA) that they did not have time to fix my flat tire (literally flat all the way to the rim and I could hear and feel the air coming out), I brought my car back to this shop. I was appalled when the guy at All Tune and Lube told me to drive down the street to another shop. What if my tire had blown out en route and caused a major accident? My dad put enough air in the tire for me to make it to a repair shop, so I drove to Big O Tires. They were quick and efficient, as usual.

I have a Dodge Grand Caravan and needed new tires. I went to Discount Tire and they wanted over $400 for a set of 4 low quality tires. I came to Big O and got a set of 4 practically new Perilli's for $130.
