I used to love going to this establishment to eat. Bill's Off Broadway does have some pretty amazing food and drink specials. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is good. So why the bad review? Well, I've had it with the horrible customer service that I have received.



On this particular occasion, the waiter never refilled our drinks or the drinks of the people sitting near by. The other group actually grabbed a pitcher of water from the counter and started refilling their own drinks. As a waiter, I would have been mortified if I saw my table resorting to such measures.



We also never saw our waiter after he took our order. The only thing that he did after he wrote down our order was walk by every so often, look directly at us, then look away, and walk over to other tables. I am sure that the other table with a large group of young women got plenty of service because he was running back an forth to their table while neglecting the other tables he was serving.



Another waitress finally brought us our order about an hour after we sat down and the food was horribly burnt and only mildly warm, like it was waiting up front for some time. We notified another employee of what happened and he was apologetic. However, the damage was done and the bad waiter never apologized to us. Like I said, this was one of a few unfortunate incidents that happened to us regarding Bill's off Broadway. We will not be going back anytime soon regardless.
