Unprofessional and unreliable...cancelled or rescheduled session frequently after I prepaid over $2k. Had to sue for refund. Won in court but now owner Derrick is requiring that I jump through hoops to receive already delinquent payment. Great trainers but terrible in business practices. Contract provides no rights to terminate and they have cancellation fees not listed in contract. If there is ever dispute, judge will likely have to decide. I suggest working with someone else, especially if you don't have money or time to waste.
