This is the 2nd car we have purchased from Heath Bower - he is great. Simply put, he provides his best price up front (no games), doesn't insult your intelligence, is very organized, and really knows the product line. Our most recent purchase (a VW Tiguan SEL) was challenging because we wanted a specific model with specific options and a specific color, and the Tiguan SEL 4motions were scarce because of the 3rd order impacts of the Japanese tsunami. Long story short - He found and secured us a vehicle that was hard to find with the exact color and options we wanted and at a price that could not be beat while also providing very competitive trade-in quotes (we traded in 2 vehicles). Also- no one does a better vehicle delivery than Heath. He will take you through the vehicle in detail if you are not familiar with VW or the specific model, or modify the delivery accordingly if you are more familiar with VWs. Heath is backed up by a very professional team who accommodated unique requests that I had with regard to the wheels on one of my trade-ins (I wanted the wheels I put on the vehicle shipped to my daughter and the OEM wheels put back on). The whole team (sale manager, finance person, etc.) was top drawer. This dealership is deceiving in that they don't have a large physical footprint but they absolutely compete with the larger dealerships on price but offer a real customer experience that others are not able to replicate. Think of the movie "Jerry McGuire" - that is the kind of relationship I have built with Heath, and by extension, with Carter VW. Do yourself a favor and start your search here - you will save yourself a lot of time and hassle because they will treat you properly and fairly.
