I had a fantastic experience with Cascade today. I had gotten like a ridiculous number of invoices from them recently and turns out that my office manager ordered two different times. I called them and they fixed it up and gave me a subscription to Bridal Guide as a sorry for the problem even though it was my office manager that screwed up. All in all I am super happy with Cascade for fixing this so quickly and efficiently and being concerned about going above and beyond to make me happy.

Professional and Knowledgeable

My dentist office has been using Cascade Subscription for a couple of years and would never go back to ordering magazines individually. We order both of our trade and entertainment magazines for our waiting room and have never had any problems, even when we moved offices. The information that we get from the trade publications is indispensable to our industry.

Exceeded Expectations

I had just opened my first business and wasn't sure what trade publications to get or better yet where to find them. I found Cascade on the internet and their customer service rep went up and beyond explaining all the different titles and what I was looking for. Now a year later I couldn't imagine not receiving my mags, and so do my coworkers! It's really helped us to compete with our competitors and now we are number one in our area. Thanks Cascade couldn't have done it without you.

Great work environment and pay

Worked here for 3 years since I started going to UW nearby. Never have to work weekends and I live only a couple of blocks away. Easiest sales job I've had. Daily training so as long as you follow instructions you can't fail. Free food, coffee, and soda. No complaints love working here.

This company wanted me to pay $888 for subscriptions that I never authorized. Come to find out my office manager was trying to help me out and get my magazines for me. I agreed that I wanted the subscriptions and ended up paying for them, but told them to contact me instead of her in the future :-)

Great Company to Work For

I have been working at Cascade forever and I am not leaving any time soon. The pay is superb (especially for an entry level position) and the owner takes a very hands on approach. We often get lunch or breakfast as well as tons of snacks. I also like that it is Monday through Friday so I don't have to work on weekends. Sometimes if we hit goal early we even get Fridays off! Fantastic company two thumbs up!

I order my Christmas presents for family through them every year! Any problems like missing issues or changing address they fix for me. I'm someone who hates being on the phone-they save me so much time. Best customer service!

Total scam company!!! Not only did they charge us twice for one subscription to Architectural Digest, they attempted to call and renew a THIRD subscription and, luckily, it was caught. Once the duplication in subscriptions was recognized, we have tried for over a month to even get a person on the phone to cancel it and you only get a voice mail and NEVER a return phone call. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY'S SCAM!!! Do a little research and there are thousands of complaints against them on message boards and with the BBB!!! Whoever left the bogus 5 star review for them on here obviously works for them!!!

Cascade has been so helpful with subscriptions for my business. I get 4 magazines from them and they keep track of the renewal dates so I only have to place one order. One time my copy of AD was not showing up and they took care of all of the details, plus got me credit for the issues I never got. They go above and beyond. Highly recommended!
