The Worst!!🍤🍜🍛

This was the worst dinning experience me & my family had gone through, the food was bland the shrimp was not cleaned and had a rotten taste to them, the chicken was slimy and had no taste to it, the portions were extra small. The waitress (service) was below average, every time we tried to tell her how bad the food was she would just tell us how long the company has been in business and how beautiful the view was!! If you consider looking into people's boat houses at people a good view! The prices we're outrageous for the portion and quality of food they don't have a good selection of drinks just soda (In a can). Overall I would strongly advise you to find a different Chinese restaurant to eat at. The stars speak for them self not good!!

Bad Service and Not much of flavor on food

My family and went there for a late lunch on Christmas day (12/25/2012). We we got there, not customer but us.There were an old waiter man, came to ask us if we had any questions, so I did ask him some of family ordered. By the time we were ready to order, I was confused so I asked him again, but he got made and talked very loud " I thought I told you and I thought you understand, now you asked me a gain"I was not happy with his behavior, but my family told me to let go. We ordered three main course mails. One of them Called Bird Nest on the menu, but instead of making bird nest with noodle, but use taco shell which is unbelievable. I had never go to the restaurant that serve that way, they are too lazy to do it right. The other two meals was too salty and uncooked vegetable. By the time he brought us the checks, he added 15% tip on the top of total, and point out what we have to pay. This is unbelievable, we never have any restaurant would do such thing to the customer. Tip is a voluntary gift from the customer to the waiter and some waiter deserve it, if they know how to treat the customer. Some, waiter do not deserve to receive a good tip or even get any, if they don't know how to treat the customer or look down to the customer.this is the first experience and never ever again to China Harbor restaurant, worse place ever in our life. If you are looking for a view, okay but if you looking for view and good food, you are wasting your money and time. The worse waiter we had never encounter, and that old man better watch his attitude, he will get what he deserve in the long run.

Enjoyable dinner

We had our X'mas eve dinner in the VIP area. The food was very good and also a great value for $30/person when lobster was on our table with a fabulous view of Lake Union. There was another 300 persons X'mas party going on upstair. The owner (Mr. Sun) was very accommodating when we had to change our reservation from 50 persons to 44 persons. China Harbor provided 4 tables to seat 11 persons at each table. China Harbor had been the only restaurant that we used for holiday dinner since this restaurant opened in 1994.

GlutenFreeItems

I have been here twice for dinner. I mentioned I am gluten intolerant and they were most helpful. After my first dinner, I went with a friend who has the same issue. We really enjoyed our dinner, the service and the great view. We enjoyed the food and will certainly be back for more.

China Harbor is located on the vibrant Lake Union. The restaurant portion is huge with average food. Great views of the marina. Good service, reasonably priced. The lounge attached to the restaurant is a fantastic dance place on Sunday nights with dance lessons and great DJ music dancing with all the preferred ballroom dances. Great place for couples and singles to to mix. Bear, wine, and liquor is reasonably priced. Parking is readily available. Good place to have dinner and then go dancing on Sunday evening.
