Worst internet ever.

200ms+ pings, slow speeds, and disconnects often.

The b*tch at me when I use a lot of bandwidth. They have terrible customer service, and when the service doesn't work properly they make you pay to cancel it.

Ive had clear for 6mos now and have had nothing but problems. ive called in to tech support well over 20 times for constant dropped signal and most recently, slow speeds. they fixed the dropped signal issue temporarily a few times but still cannot fix the speed issue. My first call was in november, where i was told since i was paying for 3mbps so nothing below 2.2mbps was acceptable. after not being able to get over 1.6mbps, i was sent to the case manager who would review my problem and call back with a resolution, to which he never did. we called again in december with a speed of .36mbps and were again sent to case management who never called back. we called a couple more times, same problem, same result. we called last night, sent to case management and told a tower has been down since december and will not be back until the end of april. we cant downgrade the plan, so were being forced to pay for 3mbps even though we can only get .14-.38mbps! do not use this shady provider unless you like being constantly frustrated and enjoy throwing away money!!!!

Nice Start, Bad Finish

I 've been a customer of Clear for almost a year, and when I first started service it seemed like what I wanted. The speeds up and down were a little slow, and sometimes there were connection issues, but for the price it was unbeatable. The trouble arose when I tried to fix my connection issues. I was offered a trial package I later found out doesn't exist, was billed for services I didn't use and never asked for, and received snarky emails from their customer service about my unhappiness with their service. After 2 weeks of poor communication and lack of action on their part, I decided to terminate my service. I would not recommend, and hope others avoid an equally bad experience.

What a joke

Do not waste your time with this company. When trying to set up service, I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes and during that time, they changed their pricing 3 times. Not a very honest company and they will lie and mislead you at every opportunity.
