I work with patients with complex medical conditions. I help identify and address factors related to chronic conditions that may not have been recognized and will work with patients to better achieve optimum health. I meet with select patients after their cardiology visit to help them manage their cholesterol, blood pressure and other cardiovascular health issues including follow-up care after surgery.
