I would give 0 stars if possible. I had purchased a Groupon for a couple's massage at the Eastlake location. We were very excited as we are traveling there for a weekend for my boyfriends birthday! We wanted to book a Saturday night appt, so I booked over 2 months in advance. I called to make sure I had the correct appt time less than two weeks before the appt and was told that there was a clerical error and they could no longer accomodate my appt and I would have to reschedule. If I wouldn't have called to verify I would have been given no notice and showed up that night. This is impossible because we will only be in downtown Seattle for one night. The woman (who I believe is the owner) said there is nothing she can do and that I just have to get a refund. This completely derails my plans and now I have to try to book a Sat night appt elsewhere with little notice. Completely unacceptable. She had no sympathy. If you want your time to be valued, book elsewhere Groupon or not.
