Worst taxi service service ever, I had to call Uber, because the lady at the costumer service, even I call 4 hours in advance to schedule a pick up, the taxi cab never show up.

If you would like to get where you're going on time, call another company. This company has the absolute worst customer service ever. I've used them for 2 trips and each time they have failed poorly. This company has given the worst service ever and they don't seem to care. If they say your taxi will arrive in 5-15 minutes call someone else they lie horribly. I waited over an hour and each time I called back they said 5-15 minutes.

I used Farwest for airport transportation to SeaTac on a couple of different occasions last month. Both drivers were on time and extremely pleasant. Farwest Taxi is a great source for reliable transportation. They are professional, trusted and as a company, have been serving Seattle for decades.

I recently used Farwest Taxi for a trip to the airport. The driver arrived a couple of minutes early, was kind, helpful and courteous. We arrived at the airport in a timely manner with a smooth, pleasant trip.

I made a reservation the night before I needed a taxi. RUDE woman who was carrying on another conversation while talking to me. I called to reconfirm the reservation at 6 a.m. for a 6:45 pick up because I did not trust the woman I spoke with was competent. The cab driver called at 6:38. He said he was just called and it would take him 30 minutes to get to my home.I had to drive myself as this company it totally incompetent. DO NOT USE

This company is totally unreliable. I called the night before to make a reservation for a 6:45 a.m. pick up. First time I called the woman hung up on me. On the second call the woman on the phone was having a conversation with another person and It was very unclear to me whether she was talking to me or the other person - very RUDE. I called to confirm the next a.m. at 6 O'clock in the a.m. I received a call from the cab drive in Bellevue at 6:38 telling me he just go the call and could not pick me up. I had to drive myself. If you need to go somewhere you CANNOT RELY on this cab co.

Terrible customer service! I understand when a customer is being rude but being rude and abrupt from the start is not necessary. Don't call this place!!! I don't know who I talked to but the guy that was working last night at the Seattle location needs to be replaced.

I needed a cab to get me to the auto mechanic to pick up my car. Since I rarely take cabs, I called and asked questions about the car service and fares. Farwest Taxi was friendly, prompt and their auto was clean. The driver even got out and opened the door for me. That was impressive. I was delivered on time to my destination. I would recommend Farwest Taxi to anyone looking for a cab service.

It was my first time riding in a cab. I was picked up at my home headed to the airport. The driver was on time and very courteous. He was such a nice man. Farwest was excellent!

I called farwest to pick me and my 3 kids up one morning cause we were running late, missed the school bus. They had a car to us in about twelve minutes and the kids still made it on time. I really appreciate the good service

Dear Jim and Co,I want to thank you for finding my portable phone and returning it to me. The driver was great. Mr. Jim Thompson, the General Manager, took the issue into his own hands and even though I was on duty, found time to personally deliver my mobile to my hotel in Renton - not exactly downtown Seattle. All tax and limo companies should aspire to have the same service, dedication, honesty, ethics and can-do attitude. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. And, Go Army.Marc S. Provided by YP.comI called the day before I was to pick up a 55" HDTV from Walmart in Lakewood, and the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and courteous. I asked if they had a van that would be able to pick me up along with a television that big. He said it would be no problem. When I called back on June 1st, 2011; I spoke to the same man (his name is Jim). He told me he would be out to pick me up in 15-20 minutes, and he was on time. He helped me with lifting something that heavy into a large station wagon. During the whole trip to drive me back to my apartment, he was friendly and I felt safe. You never know with some of these taxi companies if you're going to be safe or not. But, with Jim I felt totally safe. The friend he brought with him made the trip more enjoyable, because she made me laugh several times during the trip. Once we got back to my apartment in Tacoma, Jim helped me unload the television and gave me a great price for the entire taxi ride. I would recommend Farwest taxi greatly to anyone !!!

I have never had such a ridiculous experience with a cab company as I just had today. Requested a pickup to take me to the ferry terminal in downtown Seattle. The dispatcher (who could barely speak English) told me "What is the name of the terminal? There are SIXTY-THREE ferry terminals in Seattle." No joke. And she wasn't joking either. I politely told her there is only ONE ferry terminal in downtown, on Alaskan Way, and she started to yell. "Ma'am, CAN YOU LISTEN TO ME, there are SIXTY-THREE ferry terminals, you have to tell us the name!!" Unbelievable. At that point I told her it was obviously pointless to continue the conversation with such an ignorant, rude person, and hung up. Nobody who is that stupid should be working anywhere with the public in any capacity! I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO USE FARWEST TAXI AGAIN!!
