Provided by YP.comgood managers finally! they're getting the scary neighbors out and cleaning up the community. Nice to finally see the entrance upgraded and the clubhouse remodeled. Hope the improvements continue...

Provided by YP.comReally happy new management has been 'finally" put in place and old deadbeat onsite mgr is long gone. My mail is now secure due to the locking mailboxes and the roadways are repaired and never looked better. Looking forward to whatever upgrades around the community the new management has in store. I like the changes and so do my neighbors. I'm sure its not an easy job and I know you can't please all of the people all of the time.

Provided by YP.comI am so happy this new management company has been hired. The days of my neighbors letting their yards look like pig pens are over. I can finally have friends over and not be ashamed of how my neighbors homes and yards look.

Provided by YP.comI have lived in my community for 8 yrs now. Ever sense First Commercial Property Corp (FCPC) took over in the last two years my rent has gone up $80.00 with no significant improvements. In fact, they have taken away services. Like yard waste service, but demand we maintain our yards. Limit our garbage service to one small can, paying out of our pocket for extras. Putting strict restrictions on people who are physically incapable to perform the duties demanded of them. Example: My neighbor is 70+ yrs old his wife the same. FCPC demanded they clean up their lot. They were givin just about a month or they would be fined and face possible eviction. My neighbor has cancer. He can hardly walk let alone stand for long periods. His is much of the same she did everything she could to get things demanded done. They were harassed and threated for months. She finally went to the state to get help and only then did they back off. I think their Mission statement is one sided and does nothing for the people that live in the properties the manage. Most of the humans that live in my park are over 55.They are limited in finances and mobility. With that thanks Ross for making our last days harder then they should be.
