Great guys: honest, experienced, fair prices, and willing to take the time to discuss your repair options. This is the only place in Seattle that I will take my vintage Mercedes.

I was delighted with the service atGerman Auto Center. They helped me locate a critical part for my elderly parents' VW camper, critical for braking, extracted it with great care from a junkyard steering column, and my folks now have a fully functioning (and safe) vehicle. I am relieved and delighted. And all while working during the pandemic so that the rest of us can work and drive safely. Thank you!

The wonderful staff at German Auto Center came through for us not just once, but twice! They replaced our water pump when we called it in stranded on the side of the road near their shop on our way home from Thanksgiving. They worked on it throughout the afternoon, all the while ensuring we were comfortable and even allowing our dog into their waiting area! We thought they were so honest and fast we chose them for our next repair as well. We drive our BMW all they way from Portland to be serviced at this shop! Great people and honest work! They go above and beyond to make sure your car is getting exactly what it needs, and giving you a fair price. They even went to bat for us with our warranty company getting our repairs done right, and under warranty.

I saw the high ratings on yelp and decided to go with them to replace water sensor on 2009 Porsche Cayenne. The got the part in less than 24 hours and installed very next day. The repair took longer than expected and they let me take a loaner car. I feel that the repair was done professionally and am pleased with results. Thank you.

Honest and super knowledgeable. The prices were more than fair and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I really felt taken care of by the guys at German Auto Center. I can honestly say I will not take my VW Cc anywhere else again. It's hard to find honest, competent people not trying to up sell. I highly recommend German Auto Center for any car needs you have. Even if it's just a service.

This shop is amazing!!! I have never left a shop feeling as great as I did yesterday. All of the excellent reviews are spot on!!! Chris and I believe the mechanics name is Jim, are great!! Not only did they have my car done when Chris said it would be but they looked at EVERYTHING for me and didnt charge me for an inspection! I can't express enough to potential customers that this shop is the shop for you! I won't even consider taking my A4 anywhere else but here! The mechanic spent 30 minutes going over what he fixed/replaced, what he inspected and his results, he showed me all of the parts he replaced and explained why they needed to be replaced. They didnt sell me on repairs that weren't necessary immediately . Chris even gave me an emergency roadside kit, complimentary. I can go on and on about how great these guys are. They just earned a very loyal customer!!! Like I said I won't even consider taking my beloved A4 anywhere else.

Well I will start by saying that the explanation and diagnosis of my AMG S 63 was what I would call informative and understandable in normal everyday terms. I am not really a car guy so the simple explanations were concise and to the point. The dealer had my head swimming, Chris showed me what was wrong and fixed it in two days! I couldn't ask for better service or price. Thanks again

Chris is brilliant. He knows more about BMW's then i can possible imagine. Every time i go in its a lesson about the car. Chris will always make sure you know exactly what is going on in the car and what the risks and rewards are. I've become a client and i'm proud to say it, he treats me with respect and even gave me a check up on the house, as long as German Auto Center is here i'm there.

Great place for the price. I really liked the lady who works in the afternoon. Housekeeping does a good job for the age of the building. I noticed that the carpets seem clean and relatively new. The walls were white and furniture wasn't covered in cigarette burns like other motels on 82nd. If I needed a place to stay in Portland, I would definitely go there.

I went to German Auto Center for a timing belt change on my Volkswagen Passat. I was incredibly ipressed with the service as well as the rapport that I built with Chris. He was very honest with me about the cost of replacing my belt as well as some other work that needed to be dnoe on my car. I love my Passat and will most certainly be using them in the future!
