Excellent workshop on managing performance appraisals.

I have seen a few trainers in my time as a training manager. I will say that Greenfield Development Group is one of the best organizations that I've worked with over the past 20 some years in this business. Their focus on developing leadership skills rather than simply emphasizing leadership traits makes them truly remarkable. If you get it that delegation is a leadership skill then you will get it when the training or coaching focuses on all the other leadership skills that are critical for future success.

Fantastic training. Glenn knows negotiation and he knows how to keep us engaged. I had fun while learning. That is what it is all about. This was done in his 90 minute power training format. All of us wish that we had at least a full day, if not two days. I highly recommend Glenn and Greenfield Development Group.

Wow - loved the 9 MUST HAVE SKILLS FOR SUPERVISORS seminar today. It was only 90 minutes but I couldnt believe how quickly the time went. Learned a lot in a short time. Glenn really made this fun and worthwhile.

I attended the 90 minute power training for priority decision making. I've attended other time management seminars over the years but never really got the priority decision making until Glenn (the trainer) showed us how to use it. This was a great seminar done in 90 minutes. It was very "timely" for me.

Executive coaching and leadership training is something that Greenfield Development Group does well. They emphasize the development of leadership skills as managers move through four curves of the leadership pipline. They have a lot to offer and are very responsive to customer needs.

Exceptional is the word for their executive coaching services. More than providing insight, feedback and serving as a sounding board, these folks really know how to focus on honing skills and refining behavior for long-term success.



One of the strengths to mention is their emphasis upon transitioning successfully throug the leadership pipeline. I've been in management for some time. But, I never really knew my job until I understood that I had to build particular leadership skills.

We recently asked Greenfield Development Group to provide the training, 9 Must Have Skills for Team Leaders. Their content was excellent, the training was professionally delivered and the take-aways were fantastic.
