Automotive headache averted. My BMW started sputtering yesterday morning when I came to a stop. It continued idling funny so i brought it over to Hermann's. Within an hour they diagnosed the problem and began the work. It needed a part and they had someone drive right over to the dealer and pick it up so I could have my car back the same day. I had a friend come pick me up and before the end of the work day I had my car back in my possession.

I received super service here. I told them I was a AAA member and they gave me a discount on my services. Thanks for everything.

My Mercedes E350 we bought used (4 yrs. old ) from an authorized Mercedes dealership. It had two faulty original engine parts which the company later grudgingly acknowledged but did not warrant, since the warranty period had expired when the problem became apparent. A $6,000. repair estimate.

Hermann"s repaired it. It was complicated and took some time getting parts. But they were fair, careful, generous and trustworthy in every respect. I recommend them unreservedly. Jerry Johnson

I've been going to Victor at Hermann's Auto for a while now. I was in the market for a new car, not being very savvy with carsI wanted someone to look over the vehicle for me since its used. Victor was nice enough to check it out and give me the go ahead. I'm loving my new 2009 Jetta. Thanks Vic!

My car has been repaired at Hermann's a few times. Victor Sr. always tells it straight and gives reasonable pricing. In my opinion Hermann's has all the qualities to look for in a good auto shop.
