I have been a long time patron of this particular site, long before these new owners. Although the food is what you would expect, I don't appreciate paying for a meal and not receiving it and made to feel that it was my fault. On 09/27/09, my husband and I, ordered two meals, paid for two meals and received one. When we inquired where the second fluttered to....we were told we didn't order a second meal although the Asian cashier, repeated the orders. Thus, we walked out of there, unhappy with customer service, one meal short. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!~
