I am well satisfied by the service received from Miki's. First, this service didn't charge a fee just to show up compared to an average of $100 the others charge. The technician arrived on time, was very pleasant, quickly diagnosed my problem and brought the parts to fix it on the spot. I most appreciated that he indicated my dryer simply needed a replacement thermostat and didn't try to con me into paying for a new heating element. I would readily hire Miki's again.
