Provided by YPmobileI was treated very badly here. I intended to support a local business but was treated as if I were getting on the owners nerves when I asked for help putting together an arrangement for my grandmother for Mother's Day. My starting point was $50 because this is my first time going to a shop to put together flowers. When I asked for help to come up with something pretty she snapped at me "I'm already helping out with the $50". I was embarrased there were customers & staff there. I was prepared to spend more but that was just my starting point. in the end I spent close to $100 & left. Came back to pick up my flowers & all the roses id purchased weren't there. I bought it to her attention, she gave me the roses & preceded to berate me about handling disappointments better. I never raised my voice or talked over here but was talked down to & treated like a child. I would have been better off buying an arrangement at Safeway or Walmart. They didn't look that great either, definitely not $94 worth. We were going to use them for the flowers for my grandmother's 80 bday party. Needless to say I Will not. So much for supporting my local black owned business in the community I grew up in.
