I am a single woman living in the west Seattle area.Last fall I had a problem with my 1999 Honda Accord. I knew that no matter who I brought my car to being a woman I was going to get taken. I called Kings Transmission in the SODO area of Seattle only because of their location. But I am so glad I did. I was helped by Ken who took his time to explain each step to me and why theydid the steps they did. I left me car with them in the morning and it was done by one pm, I was back on the road with a very cheap fix. Turned out that the problem wasn't inside the transmission but an electric part on the transmission case that controlled the shifts. I should be able to tell you what that part was but I didn't keep the notes I took when talking to Ken. I believe that if you need an honest opinion you can call the guys that work at this shop. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I know exactly where I am heading. Thanks guys.

I had a chance to have my car worked on by Kings Transmission in Seattle. They were honest and did just what they said. I believe I got a fair price for the work done. I also got a 3 year warranty that is nation wide.
