The Kobe Trade Information Office (KTIO) is the US Branch office for the city of Kobe, Japan. Based in downtown Seattle, Washington, the KTIO was established to promote business investment and exchange, friendship and cross-cultural exchange between the United States and Kobe. Our office performs a number of duties, including promotion, information assistance and cross-cultural exchanges. We participate in a number of events as well as act as a point of contact between Kobe City, Japan and primarily the United States, although we occasionally assist others from the English-speaking world.
