i purchased the laser hair removal groupon. i found the staff friendly and helpful, especially dominic at the counter.

Just had my first experience at Kucumber. Tina at front desk greeted me right away, made sure I had what I needed, didn't waste any time getting me seen by the doctor and in a room for my appointment. I loved their efficiency AND personal attention. I used my Groupon for laser treatment and they offered me a great deal on another area I had been considering as well.

One of the finer medi spas. I came in with a Groupon and was treated as if I had paid full price! Nadya was a doll and I definitely recommend her to anyone for botox or laser hair removal!

Not only do I love going there for multiple services, I love going there to see all the cool employees. Oksana always provides excellent facials that are very relevant to my sensitive skin along with tips on how to maintain the results. Dimitri and Shay have given me great deals and customer service. When my first laser experience turned out more aggressive than I expected everyone took great care of m and my anxiety and assured me everything would be fine and it was. My skin has been amazing! They have state of the art lasers and Brandy makes what can be a painful experience just a quick visit with a girlfriend. Chris is always on top of my appointments and greets me with a smile and Tina and Nadja have always given top notch customer service along with big smiles and hugs. The Sun Angel tan bed is a relaxing wonderful experience I recommend to anyone in Seattle needing a break from the gloom and doom. Thank you Kucumber!! I love you guys!!

The staff has always been very friendly - they greet me when I walk in, engage me in conversation during my treatments and always thank me on my way out. Recently, I developed a bad habit of mixing up appointment dates/times in my calendar. When I arrived without an appointment, they apologized (like it was their mistake!) and found a way to accommodate my overdue appointment the very next day. Not to mention, I expressed regret about failing to purchase a limited time offer and Demetria sold it to me anyways!

I went in today for my facial using my groupon. Brandy was really helpful with her peel suggestion which was perfect for my skin condition. She was really good with the extraction and the massage to make sure i am relaxed after she cleans all my pores. I will definitely come back!

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and have gone for 2 treatments and am thus far very satisfied. I have previously had laser hair removal and find the Kucumber Skin Lounge to provide a decent service.

I had laser treatment to remove some unwanted tattoos. Im very pleased with the results. I must say the customer service was outstanding! I would defiantly come back.

I will certainly consider them again if another groupon deal surfaces and would recommend them to a friend as well.

I love this place!!! The employees are warm and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. They carry products that my daughters & I love. I've brought my 15 yr old in for facials on more than one occasion and the staff always goes over her daily skin care with her. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. :)

I purchased the groupon a few months ago and am currently half way through my treatments. So far I have seen excellent results and have had wonderful service from all of the staff. I tend to take the last appointment of the day so it's understandable if they are running a few minutes behind at that point in the day. No need to rush though, I'd rather them take their time when treating me.
