Please avoid it at all costs. The staff were nice to me until I spent 7000 on a dress. Then I was treated incredibly poorly. When they sent the wrong size to a friend who then hand-carried it across the world to Hong Kong where I live, they offered no solution. Stacey, the manager, was an incredibly unfeeling, horrible woman. Shouted at me down the phone until through tears I begged her to stop. I kid you not. So much for customer service, especially when I bought the most expensive dress in their shop!!



I'm in awe at the lack of respect or empathy, or a desire to fix what was clearly a problem on their end. Save yourselves from going here - it's an absolute disaster and you should have a positive experience buying one of the most important dresses you'll ever wear!
