After filing my case with the EEOC for Age Discrimination and having them be unsuccessful in resolving my case through mediation I contacted Jeffrey Needle. He reviewed and offered to accept my case. Mr. Needle’s outstanding performance in the taking of depositions I believe convinced the other side that they should consider mediation vs a trial as a way to resolve this case. A zoom mediation was held due to the corona virus and even though a settlement was not immediately reached Mr. Needle and the mediator continued to work on a resolution until a settlement was finally reached. I was very pleased and greatful for Mr. Needle’s resolution of my case without the need to go to trial.
