- History Established in 2011 Ivy Roberts is a Seattle based Family Mediation specialist and the owner of Lighthouse Mediation. After years of working with adolescents in the foster care system and then working with tech companies in the human resources department she decided that there is a better way for individuals to navigate conflict. At Lighthouse Mediation, both parties are given the oppurtunity to work out a solution that meets both of their needs.
