Once you buy a mattress from them you are stuck with it. You cannot exchange it or get any of your money back. Our first mattress we bought was defective from the factory. It took about 10 phone calls and a week and a half to get a new mattress. When they delivered it, one guy brought it. I had to haul out the defective mattress myself and bring the new mattress into the house. The second mattress they gave us was also defective. We are now stuck with an $800 defective mattress that gives us back pain. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I purchased a bed there on May 11th 2009. I went to the show room and the manager Daniel Martinez showed me one model that was too firm, the second he laid out for me was plusher and very nice. It looked clean and with no wear, very nice. When we got back to his office he quoted me a higher price,this should have sent me running, but I still felt the deal was good. The delivery was quick and my room being small for a king I was unable to oversee the set. BIG MISTAKE! This bed was FILTHY, RIPPED, DISGUSTING, NOT THE MODEL I AGREED TO PURCHASE!. HORRIBLE SCAM, BAIT AND SWITCH, PLEASE BE AWARE! I am sadden to be taken for a fool, and they are shady and really know how to cover their butt! BUYER BEWARE!
