Dont rent from them. They have too many properties to take care of them and are a greedy family owned business. The girls who work as senior property managers could care less about the residents.



1. Upper management issues. Try getting a call back within 10 business days unless you just moved in or they want you to sign a lease.



2. Rent increases at the end of every lease. $200 late fees.



3. They don't clean the halls as often as they say. Check back stairwells, etc.



4. Maintenance is unprofessional and unable to coordinate a time to come so they just stop by unannounced. Example: fridge is broken so they come a week and a half later and brig a fridge thats too big to fit in the slot so they plug it in in the living room. They never come back and get the old broken fridge.

DO NOT rent from this management company! I rented a unit in one of their buildings and am still suffering from the consequences. It took over 4 months for them to make repairs in my apartment to enable me to have hot, running water in my kitchen not to mention the unsanitary apartment conditions and pest infestations I moved into after paying a non refundable cleaning fee . They do not refund your deposit even if you leave the apartment in better shape than what you moved into and in my case charge you for apparent "damages" nearly 3x the rent. This company is dishonest and doesn't care for the welfare of their tenants.
