I am 100% happy with our experiences at North Seattle Orthodontics! To explain, I must first make a confession—wherever I go, my brain is constantly looking for things that don't work, or need to be fixed. I can't help it. It has been a delightful surprise to be totally relaxed at North Seattle, because everything works and is handled beautifully! There's nothing I would improve.

The results are impeccable. (I have two kids who finished their braces, so I've seen the results. Now I'm finishing up mine.) All of the staff is friendly, it feels like their on a team together, and on MY team. We're greeted with a smile, remembered, and sometimes we get to chat about life. When I need to complain or share a challenge, Dr. Lyons and the assistants listen with empathy. They encourage me to wear my bands, but never make me feel guilty. They explain procedures and talk me through it. Their touch is gentle.

On top of that, every little detail is attended to. The waiting room has water, coffee; the brushing station is stocked and labeled; signs are around to give direction; there are prizes; and sometimes trivia games.

100% happy with the results, the price, the staff, the environment. As a bonus, my brain and I get to be totally relaxed along the way.

Loved this place from the start. Very welcoming and informative staff. I felt like we were in great hands.

I once again had an excellent experience with the last alteration on my braces. Despite feeling unable to breathe in the apparatus used to keep the teeth dry for new bracket placement, I was kept calm and talked through the entire process. Thanks!

I finally decided to go ahead with Orthodontic Treatment after many years. Everyone here was so warm and welcoming! They were more than willing to work with me financially and work around my work schedule for appointments. I decided to go ahead with Invisilign and they got my Imaging taken care of same day and got my trays ordered right away. I would definatley recommend them to all of my friends and family!

My daughter is the 4th (and last) child to have been treated by the Gonsolus/Lyons team at North Seattle Orthodontics. The office staff is professional and courteous, and always ready to help. Over the years we have had close contact with the doctors and have always felt as though we were kept very involved in their treatment plans. The treatment plans set up by doctors never seemed overly-invasive or drawn out and I have never had any doubt that the plan set aside for our children wasn't the best plan available. We have gone for periods of a year or more with monitoring just to see how things would progress naturally. I am just as likely to recommend North Settle Orthodontics today as I would have been 13 years ago when we were considering orthodontic treatment for our oldest son. I have no doubt that you will have continued success for many, many years to come! "

I had my final appointment (as long as nothing changes!), the retainer check, two years after my braces were removed. Every step of the process, the staff was efficient, punctual, friendly, professional and accommodating. I am happy with the results and highly recommend Dr Lyons and her staff.

Simply the best! Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lyons and her staff!I am an adult patient and had never had orthodontic treatment before so I was somewhat apprehensive about the whole process. Dr. Lyons took the time explain exactly what my treatment would entail and what I could expect along the way. I appreciated that she wanted to make sure that I not only had great looking teeth, but that my bite was corrected as well. This was my dentist’s main concern as I was starting to get wear on my teeth from an incorrect bite. Each appointment was on time, efficient and actually fun (something I would never have thought I could say about a trip to any doctor’s office). The staff was always courteous, professional and caring. I am thrilled with the outcome of my treatment.If you are considering ortho treatment, it is definitely worth checking out North Seattle Orthodontics!

I have been a patient of this practice for a year. I am very happy with my progress & feel like I am getting the highest quality care by the top orthodontists in Seattle. I would definitely recommend North Seattle Orthodontics to anyone who is looking to get braces. I am an adult but I do not feel out of place at North Seattle Ortho. They cater to adults & children, so if you're not a kid, you won't feel awkward going here. They are perfectionists so you can trust that you will have one of the best smiles in Seattle!

I had a very bad experience with this orthodontist and I feel that she should not be practicing at all. Her level of skill is extremely low and the results speak for themselves. Braces are a big commitment and it is something you do trusting that the dentist will be skilled and give it her best effort. This was not the case at all, and I strongly urge you to go somewhere else.

North Seattle Orthodontics is a clean, professional, and well-run operation. We spend ALOT of time there with four children in braces. They are always kind and compassionate and engage the children/teens in fun activities and events. We love them!

I have one son receiving treatment, and one son that Dr. Lyons has been following to determine if treatment is needed. At this visit, she declared that in all likelihood he will not need treatment. I appreciate her friendly professionalism and honesty. When my other son needs an unscheduled appointment due to a broken wire or bracket, they are always able to find a time for him to come in on short notice. I also appreciate that they have email for taking care of non-urgent issues.

Everyone in this office is courteous, professional, and kind. It is definitely kid-friendly while also being suitable for adults. Up to date technology is used, while the staff encourage patients with contests and reward. This is definitely NOT a place to miss out on if searching for ortho work!
