They have went to court to get me investigated about my son's care my son has always lived with me and I am a great mom they have hired a girl named Amanda withouer she's a lier minipulator she has taken things out of contexts digging for any reason to put people in jeopardy moving them out of there homes making them sell there belongings and making them think she is there God and savinging them wrong she suppose to advocate for people so partners and care and her are evil don't care about there clients accusing things she has no idea about she is not on your side and either is PIC noone should have to go through what my son are trying to take my son away and already took his trust money I am the settlor they lie cheat and steal spend my son's money from a malpractice suet they won't talk to you spending 12000 dollars on there fees a year only do 50 dollars for clothes the list is long Bill the executive of that company says you don't have enough money to talk to me . Threatening me and my son all the time about if you don't do this we won't do that it's not there money its my son's. Trustees should never be in full control of the money they are greedy and none stops them from spending what ever how ever on them selves they see it as free money . Not to be trusted . They deserve a 0 and the BBB needs to change there A status to a negative rating . I am not the only one going though this. Amanda is in spokane wa watch out for her also.

Early 2007, Partners in Care was forced on my parents estate as the financial guardian. They left my mother as the guardian over his physical care, yet there were statements made by an angry family member who started the action by calling the attorney generals office and saying my mother was abusing my father both physically and by spending 'his money'...she even said my mother would take the monies and "run to Mexico" if not watched over...remember now, they were married. no divorce, not even talk of divorce. They were separated. But even while separated, my mother took care of paying all the bills, taxes, insurance, etc, "very responsible" those were the words used to describe my mothers bill paying and accounting of all their finances. why did they get paid to watch over my mothers shoulder?!! My father had mild Alzheimer's, as soon as he mentioned that they owned several rental houses, the vultures got themselves involved.... Dirty huh.
