I own an apartment building in West Seattle that needed work to reapair a rusting, concrete slab. I asked Gary Potter to see if it was a project he'd want to tackle. Gary met me at my apartment, did a thorough inspection, provided both insight and a comprehensive understanding of what it would take to fix the issues. After spending over an hour of his time counseling me, he felt I'd best be served by hiring a concrete specialist. He provided names of several contractors and actually called another on my behalf. Gary was honest, open, generous with his time and held my interests above his personal gain. Oh, and by the way, Gary did not charge me a cent for his invaluable support!
