I have rented two different units from them in two different properties with two differnt agents I always got quick responses from them when I had issues. I took care to clean the place as agreed to in my lease and got all my deposit both times. I found them to be promped and reliable. I would have no issue renting from them again. I bought a house and was about to relocate for work to the LA and talked to them about managing my house while I was gone. Seemd like an ok deal to me compairs to another copy I got a bid from. I would recommend them and have and no one I have recommend to them has anything bad to say

Do not rent from these people. I got a passable apartment which I lived in for years. I cleaned it and left it cleaner than I found it and they charged me cleaning fees in the hundreds of dollars. My advice, if you rent from them, be prepared to take them to court to get your deposit back (the other alternative is to thoroughly trash the apartment before you leave).

Quorum Real Estate is by far the worst business I have ever worked with. We moved into a unit that was not cleaned prior to our moving in. The back door of the unit had no lock on it for the first two months when we moved in, and most of the problems we noted in the initial walk through were never fixed. Our roof leaked the entire time we were there, and Quorum was slow and ineffective in attempting to patch the leak. The previous tenant had accidentally ripped out the towel rack in the bathroom, and the person who plastered over the hole left all of the dirt and plaster on the bathroom floor, and put the broken rack in our bathroom cupboard. When we moved out, our landlord lied to us about the procedure and ripped us off for our deposit, in spite of the fact that we left the unit 20 times cleaner than we had received it in.
