Terribly run business. I came in being a new transplant from Boston and needing a haircut and color. I hated the haircut and color that was given to me (I went from baby blond to goth dark purple and a mullet, I kid you not) because the stylist did not listen to my instructions. I could not get an appointment to fix it for 3 days, so I had to go somewhere else (I was NOT showing up to work like that!!!), who did it perfectly. I was *not* refunded or given salon credit when I complained. When leaving the salon, they told me it "looked great" even though I told them I wasn't so sure--they knew how bad it was right as I was leaving. Also, there were enormous dust bunnies on the floor and cobwebs on the ceiling when I was there, which should have given me some indication of the poor business that is run here. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR AND MONEY.
