I won a vacation to this hotel. The staff was nasty, even asked outright for tips before we could even open our purses.

We were so shamed by Wes Moon (the head stooge) that we found a back entrence and used that to avoid the staff.

If you are wealthy, sure..go here.

But if you have limited funds, don't bother. They will bother you for everything you have.

I have stayed in finer hotels that never treated us badly...this one is awful.

Even the Hotel Del Coronado and the Grand Floridian treat you with more respect.

A lousy place with a worse attitude.
