Well, good luck; this office doesn't want you to contact them! They make it as difficult as possible to reach them by phone or in person. This 800 number leads you to a long string of automated messages, never once offering to connect you to a live person. By pressing 0, you can speak to a representative located at the national call center in OKLAHOMA, who has absolutely no helpful information about the VA regional office in Seattle. There are no office hours posted online. If you visit the office in person, you will find that they close at 4PM to avoid helping as many working people as possible.
