I used Sound Property Management for years, and lost thousands and thousands (and thousands more), before I was finally able to get out of contract with them.



They could not deliver then covered their incompetence with excuses and a smile. The words scum, thieves, and liars immediately come to mind. They were inconsistent with sending me my payments from my tenants, inconsistent with their documentation, and were hardly available when things were going to sh*t. I should have got out of my contract sooner, but things deteriorated slowly and I (unfortunately) gave them the benefit of the doubt.



Please heed this warning and look elsewhere for property management.



I would love to hear from anyone else they have screwed over.

Sound Property Management are slum lords. I had a terrible experience in one of their apartments, and from what I have seen of their other apartments a similar atmosphere applies. The owner Dave is reluctant to do anything to fix apartments that are falling apart. He is rude and abrasive. If you complain about his inaction he suggests that you move out and that he put you in one of his other apartments, which are usually even worse than the one you are in.
