Established in 1982, Spruce Street School is a primary school and provides academic education to its students. The school's educational program includes arts, integrated learning, multiage classes and yoga. Located in Seattle, Wash., the children learn group dynamics through marimba games, dances, chants and drumming. The classes receive Spanish instruction training. The school has a series of math benchmarks for each multiphase level. Spruce Street School has accreditation with the Pacific Northwest Association of Independent Schools (PNAIS).
