Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good assortment of merchandise for a smaller store. I bought an expensive speedlight and large gear bag from them and I was shown all the features and comparables to help make the decision. Not crowded like some larger stores and as a female, I was happy to be given courteous attention (unlike some stores which sometimes seem to cater more to male customers). Convenient location at U.Village and free parking. Also they price match all local retailers. Great overall experience
