disappointment

Very disappointed with the staff. Sent an amenties menu back w/credit card info to make a family members stay extra special, a manager gave us the email to which it should go. email ended up in their junk mail (?) and was never processed even though I spoke to two people no one thought it was odd that they did receive it. I called to express my dissatification with the situation and got pretty much an 'oh well---'. And my credit information languishing in cyberspace, not a good thing.

location is great

The location of this hotel is great as it is right on the water with beautiful views of Seattle. The service is very good as well.

Words Can Never describe it.......

Remodeled only a few years ago........beautiful rooms, all with fabulous views......restaurant is five star...........worth the price!
