Provided by YP.comA fantastic place to experience real food, from the farm to the table. It is a butcher shop that sells sustainably raised meats and poultry AND more. You can have a fantastic sandwich from their Courtyard" menu, which is made from scratch. Take home fresh cuts of meats and purchase already prepared meals. The knowledgable staff ( all culinary trained) can assist you creating the perfect meal. They also do small catering jobs, custom cooking and rent out their La Caja cooking box. Fantastic, Excellent and Fun.

- Full service butcher shop, specializing in sustainably raised farm animal, pork, beef, lamb, poultry. Also charcuterie and smoked meats and farm fresh eggs.. We also have a courtyard restaurant from 11 am to 4 pm. From Scratch prepared take away meals and sauces. We do custom cooking of prepared meals and catering.
