Worst customer service experience ever. The current manager, I believe his name is Yo (sp.) launched insult after insult at me and my character + to add insult to injury he told me to have "thicker skin" based on how I was being treated as a customer. By the time I exited the store I thought to myself, "In my entire life (and I have worked in the retail and service industries) I have never experienced something that unprofessional and downright pathetic." My hope is they get a new manager, or the current manager learns the errors of his ways. The way he is executing his "tell it like it is" strategy for life is destine for failure. It almost seems like the store is trying to drive customers away. If that is there current playbook - it is working. I have been going there for over a decade and will never go again until there is significant change.
