This union company will tell u everything to sign authorization card to get into your company to get unionize, most especially Natalie Kelly will lie her way out to get your signature, very unprofessional will come knock at your house 9pm just to ask for signature and talk about lies about they’re union.these people only want your dues I before signing authorization card think twice because you will be glad u did ! Everything is negotiation so if they said u get paid more or u will get better insurance don’t believe it, because nothing is sure about what they say , they still have to negotiate about everything , so u could be paying them dues for 2-3,4, years and nothing will ever change except u giving them money and them taking money from your paycheck every time u get paid ! Avoid this unite here local 8 union ! They don’t do u good at all !!!! They offer 7 days vacation for whole year and won’t start the fallowing year as well , plus if they start getting into insurance , insurance waiting time will be 6 or more months !!! It’s insane ! So be careful before signing authorization card!!! NATALIE KELLY IS VERY AGREESIVE ASKING FOR SIGNATURE INCLUDING ALL THE PEOPLE WORK WITH HER!!!! If only I could put zero star I will ! They don’t deserve star at all !!!!
