We serve youth and families by being in relationship, making them aware of resources and helping them overcome obstacles to getting the things they vitally need. We do this by: • Children’s After School/Summer Programming • Mentoring/Life Coaching: Youth and Young Adults • Crisis Mediation and intervention • Event planning • Youth programming and services • Referrals/Resources
