I met a WPI agent while looking for a new house to rent. My first impressions of WPI were very positive. However that all changed when I attended a private viewing of a property that WPI was showing. While I found the agent to be professional in his personal conduct the property and the condition of the property being shown was completely irresponsible. The property I viewed had just been vacated the day before period the carpet was full of stains not even vacuumed. The overall house wreaked of what appeared to be some sort of urine. The kitchen and the bathroom all were very dirty and unclean. The company WPI had a responsibility to the landlord to prevent the property and its best light. I then spoke with one of the Neighbors in the area to find out what the neighborhood was like. The response I got back from the neighbor was that away from the cul-de-sac that this property resided in the neighborhood was very good but there was in his words a white trashy area at this property.

I rented from WPI for nearly a year, and it was the worst rental experience of my life. The property manager lied, or misinformed me at nearly every possible opportunity. when things malfunctioned or broke (which was often) they were incommunicative and disrespectful at every chance. They over charged us for everything they could, and ignored several legal requirements including a non-permitted, potentially unsafe attachment to the property. I can honestly say that I would never do business with them again. They are the very definition of slumlord, and how they maintain their business with the immoral, unethical, and sometimes unlawful practices they engage in I absolutely do not know.

Our property manager and WPI's staff have been very responsive to our needs and requests. Mr. Danny Choi has been attentive and displays good communication and management skills.‎

All the cliché comments about how TC's performance exceeded our expectations is true. We were truly lucky to have worked with the best in his field.‎
