We've used Webbski for snowboard and skiing lessons for our children. Mr. & Mrs. Webb have been helpful when we've dealt with them. We rented their first session at the site on the mountain and the gear was well fitted and appropriate for each child. One of my children is special needs and the other is a star (of course!). Webbski's instructors dealt with each of their needs quite well. They have ensured the challenged one is successful and have challenged the star. We have been very happy with Webbski and their instructors. There is not a lot of parent interaction with the instructors unless you hang out and initiate it. They do leave the kids at the school on their own when the lesson is over without passing them off to the parents, but my kids are older and this is not an issue to me. Perhaps that is what the previous reviewer had an issue with? The three instructors we've dealt with have all been nice, polite and helpful. My daughter's current instructor isn't a cuddly type but he definitely has good technical skill and she has improved drastically under his instruction.

The staff at this school are delusional. I would suggest staying away. They have little care or use for their clients and I would be careful about letting them manage my kids.
