I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. Hopefully they can stop this company from damaging the values of people's homes.

We have an independent appraisal on our home that is considerably higher than the GUESS from this unethical company. We feel they should be investigated for listing unsubstantiated information on people's privately owned homes. They can do what they want with publicly owned property but infringing on OUR rights to sell our property for a fair market value without the false information this unethical company lists.

Would never recommend this company. They are unethical, lie about home values and just an overall terrible company! Would use Trulia.

Zillow is destroying the value of my property through its absurd and phony "Zestimate". I am a senior with health issues and need to get out of the high elevation immediately, but I can't sell when the all-knowing Zillow tells the public that my house is worth $140,000 than all the realtors in town say it is. I have spent hundreds of thousands in remodeling and updating, but does Zillow know anything about that??? Zillow's crazy formula for "Zestimates" is off by as much as 50% up or down in our mountain community, yet we cannot seem to get their misinformation removed from the web sites purporting to describe our homes. This is fraud, this is preying on the elderly who have so much of their money in their homes, and we intend to sue for our enormous losses if they do not wise up!
