I have been with State Farm for years and I was rear ended on a bridge and this State Farm agent charged me with the accident. They never looked at my vehicle, never talked to me about the accident. When I called the claims office they told me that the other person said it was my fault so I was charged with it. I disputed it and they still did nothing. This agent won't even talk to me about it. As soon as the accident falls off I'm going with someone else. State Farm is horrible for insurance. The commercials are so not true.
