Provided by YP.comArlene and her staff are so talented and such artists when it comes to styling and coloring hair. Their products are top notch and their prices are reasonable. I have been here many times for cut, color and style. I have even had "fairy hair" added - strands of colored silk that she ties to your existing hair. She totally transformed me and I am thrilled.

Provided by YP.comI've heard 3 people so far this year complain about this establishment. I have also seen pictures and I must say... It is disappointing. The price & time spend is not worth it. I actually heard the "Owner" say that she would call the police on a young woman because she was unhappy about the finished product. Needless to say, I and many others will be driving right by this place. Bad customer service, making a scene while my wife was in there is not anything I want to be a part of. So sad that someone has to be so rude and disrespectful! You lost our business as well as our friends, coworkers and anyone else that reads this. You ma'am are one unhappy person.
This BOGUS review was written by a friend of the woman who we had to call the police on, at the request of our clients who HAD appointments, and who were getting scared and scared for their children. One said she was scared the woman might have had a gun! The woman, who was throwing her purse around the salon, did not have an appointment, and had no right being there. This reviewer (who lives in NORTH CARALINA) "Jake" did not have a wife in the salon, that is a lie, i'm shocked YP.com is alowing this bogus review to remain. We can't begin to tell you the stress this woman is causing on us and our salon. Here are a couple things we are doing to prevent further issues; coded door entry... ONLY active regular clients will have code to open the door, any less established or brand new client, will have to ring the bell and wait. Security cameras are going in and will be recording everything as of monday. We hope this clears up any questions any potential new clients might have. We have a lot of very happy clients, and would like to continue to grow, and be happy!
